Today is the day. I have a one hour commute to think about all the things I wish I would've done before today but didn't get to.
They turned Epic on 4.5 hours ago but surgical and anesthesia won't be effected until our first outpatients arrive at 5:30.
Let the games begin.

Super user training
We packed all of our super user training into one week due to the operating room move into a new building. That was this past week.....I worked 74 hours! Just glad it's over. Hoping to not have another week like that. At least not before go-live.

I haven't been in POC in so long but I had to get in today to help someone with something. Oh POC....how I've missed you so.

12/12/12
Today is off to being a glorious one!! Maybe because of the calendar date....maybe not....will we ever know?!
This morning our CFO got some of her questions answered regarding her analysis of our charge build and those answers revealed that charge build decisions are good to go!!!!!!!!!! This has made my day one of the greatest since the beginning of this project. None of that has anything to do with CTs but it is a success for our team in general so I wanted to mention it. Yay team!!!!
Today is more fixing and refining on lesson plans. I'm hoping to let Brad reteach intra-op tomorrow or teach L&D. Then Friday Tammy can reteach Pre/Post 100 and 200. Whatever they don't get thru in those days, we can do on Monday. The. Tuesday starts CT credentialing with Epic on site. I have every confidence that they will both do great. (This must be what my AM felt when I had to do pilot training.....ahhhh. Feels good)
